Our approach is simple: Make the Change.
Program 360 seeks to promote healing and transition for the community through program tiers and operational objectives. We believe these strategies drive holistic transition. Our operation objectives implemented are: Self discovery, Job development, Social Development, Counsel and Health/Fitness
The Program 360 helps to transition homeless persons off the street by offering housing, resources, and trainings in an encouraging and transformative environment. Program 360 is not a shelter but an opportunity for motivational transition.
Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, individuals have experienced lost wages, unemployment, and the possibility and reality for some, of homelessness. Housing prices have increased, housing inventory has decreased, and mortgage lending has become more stringent. Individuals and families have been forced to turn to shelters, sleeping in cars and other forms of homelessness. 2021 Statistics from a detailed government report:
Approximately 580,000 Americans are homeless.
Provide comfortable living quarters
Provide Personal Strategic Plans(PSPs)
Provide continuing education resources
Assist with job placement and credit repair
Promote positive transition to self- sufficiency
The Program360 is designed for Transition to Transformation. Program 360 consists of four, 90-day periods we call, “tiers.” The program is 360 days. Within the 360 days of program services and training, participants acquire confidence and obtain empowerment and tools for return and sustainability back
into the community as productive citizens.
