Transitional Housing provides for those who are transitioning from a shelter or those who are emergency evacuation victims. The program will allow individuals to acquire housing stability and social services for a specific time.
Transitional Housing services include education, job training and placement, substance abuse counseling, parenting classes, and childcare services. In addition, the transitional housing program will assist individuals in taking the necessary steps toward, job training and placement opportunities.
