Each day for the body to move and work, it uses energy. Eating food provides the body with energy and nutrients. Some nutrients are essential nutrients, meaning if you don’t ingest them deficiencies will develop. Nutrients; water, carbohydrates, Protein, Vitamins, Minerals, and lipids. Our programs offer meal prep assistance and programs assist each person with the ability to eat foods that provide essential nutrients in each meal.

Stress Management

Stress is the response to pressure of lack of control over a situation or experience mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. All stressors regardless of classification are profoundly connected to our well-being. Our stress management techniques are to improve mental well-being and balance.
